Design Walk 2012 – Catalogue
During the Athens Design Walk 2012 exhibition, under the narrative framework ”Greece 2022”, 11 creative studios of the city were asked to imagine the future of 11 different sectors of Greek public life. The exhibition catalogue, published in 2013 in a limited edition of 150 numbered copies, adopts the - formerly designed by us - visual identity of the exhibition, where the black colour enacts as a visual reference to the difficult present in which designers are called upon to form the future in white. Aiming to reduce printing costs, the catalogue was designed in two issues bound together with a clear plastic cover. The first - printed only in black - includes all texts, while acting as an index for the second - four colored - issue, is a photographic account of all the exhibitions.

Design Walk 2012 – Identity
During the Athens Design Walk 2012, under the narrative framework Greece 2022, 11 creative studios of the city were asked to imagine the future of 11 different sectors of Greek public life. The poster comes to visualise the paradox, which is imposed by the theme of the Festival, between the extremely difficult socioeconomic situation of Greece nowadays and the imagination of an optimistic and bright future. The black colour represents the difficult present, in which designers scribe the future in white. The character lines refer to sun shafts in order to reinforce the optimistic approach of the future, according to the main claim of Design Walk 2012 we can't create the future without having imagined it first.
